Working on plans for some new high-spec townhouses in Cambridge today, for our own rental portfolio.

While the general housing market is in a slump, it doesn’t change our view that property is still an excellent investment.

Our population is growing, we need more housing for both tenants and home buyers and by building now while the market is quiet we are supporting our local contractors and suppliers, mostly hard working small business owners.
