We agree with the comment in this article by Nigel Jeffries of Trademe that Small houses are a good step on to the property ladder and they’re popular with investors too.
We have a development for sale now with a few 1-bedroom townhouses still for sale from only $390,000 each. A brand new townhouse in a secure gated community, fully furnished including Bosch appliances and Fujitsu heat-pump, and all for under $400,000.
You really need to take a look at smaller homes!
