The easy money policy coupled with extremely low interest rates is boosting home prices and exacerbating wealth and income disparity.

This is exactly what’s happening in NZ. Except in NZ we have a socialist government who blame rising houses prices on property investors. It couldn’t possibly have anything to do with their misguided policies.
