John is passionate about property. In 1997, John bought his first investment property in Cambridge and gained first-hand experience of the value of a long-term, high-yield investment of owning an appreciating rental asset.
Fast forward 20 years, and John’s extensive property portfolio (still including his first purchase!) is a testimony to his expertise and belief in the property market – and the results that can be enjoyed.
An optimistic leader with a can-do commitment to his goals, John founded Assured Property in 2004 with an ambitious development in Hamilton. 16 years later, John is a trusted advisor and supplier to hundreds of Assured Property customers across New Zealand – from young, first-time investors through to experienced financial professionals.
